Back to China : 2024 puts the Covid years behind us
- 29.04.2024
After the Covid years, when China suffered a global economic slowdown that was also felt in the drop in our exports, Aquatique Show is back with a number of exciting new projects on the Asian continent.
At the start of 2024, three projects will come to life :
A unique system of Aqua Graphic water curtains in Sanya
Since the end of March, the new botanical greenhouse in Sanya, China, has been enhanced by a unique water show composed of two curved Aqua Graphic water curtains of 5 and 8 linear meters.
This 1500m² and 20 meter high greenhouse, which hosts exceptional bougainvillea, is equipped with water shows in which the water is sculpted into different botanical and geometric shapes and mounted in rhythmic sequences synchronized with music and lighting.
Developed by Aquatique Show in the early 2000s, the Aqua Graphic water curtain is a water effect that can create a complete water show on its own. The type of nozzle developed by our engineers produces a specific water texture. This makes it possible to capture as much light as possible and thus to be a very high quality projection support, even in daylight, with all types of media and lighting.
Our Tornado fountain in Chengdu
The installation of our Tornado fountain near the Chengdu shopping mall will undoubtedly become a playground for young and old. It was for this same customer that we had already installed a Tornado fountain in Nanning, China, in 2022. The advantage of this type of fountain is that it can be transformed into a veritable water playground, offering entertainment day and night.
The installation of a custom-made water show in Beilun
The dismantling of an old fountain will make way for a magnificent custom-made water show in the central park of the city of Beilun.
The installation of water jets makes it possible to present a 360° visible show with magical water effects like our majestic water wings. This show will also be multimedia with two water screens for a total projection surface of 60 meters opening.
The equipment left by train at the beginning of March, from Duisburg in Germany. This rail link has existed for several years, but the slots offered at the time did not allow us to be competitive.
This time, we had the right slot, enabling us to choose this mode of transport and thus control and reduce our carbon footprint, while meeting our delivery deadlines.
